Florida no fault law?

I was involved in an accident back in February and I received a letter that i have exhausted the amount for medical coverage. I refuse to settle until I’m completely done with treatment. If I continue to go to treatment will the medical bills that I owe come out of the settlement I get? (like I get 25,000 but owe 10,000 in medical bills) or is that a separate thing.

Normally unless the person you are suing is actually paying for the medical care directly, or providing the insurance policy for your medical expenses, you sue for and recover the actual amount of medical charges incurred, even if they were paid in part by your insurance company. In some states that may not be the case though so you need to check with your own lawyer.
